			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Consumatorii de azi doresc produse alimentare proaspete si fara conservanti chimici. Totusi, produsele alimentare se pot degrada in timpul procesului tehnologic sau in cursul transportului si depozitarii. Chiar si la punctele de vanzare, pot aparea schimbari care afecteaza culoarea, mirosul si gustul initial. Compozitia atmosferei din interiorul ambalajelor etanse poate conserva mai eficient calitatile produselor alimentare. Schimband compozitia atmosferei din interiorul ambalajului (MAP = Modified Atmosphere Packaging) produsele alimentare isi pastreaza prospetimea si savoarea timp mai indelungat.</p>
<p>Pentru a preveni degradarea, oxigenul din ambalaj poate fi inlocuit cu azot sau cu dioxid de carbon.  Proprietatile fungistatice si bacteriostatice fac din dioxidul de carbon cel mai important gaz utilizat in ambalarea in atmosfera modificata.  Azotul si oxigenul se obtin prin separarea aerului, iar dioxidul de carbon se extrage si se purifica din zacamant natural.  Legislatia europeana permite utilizarea fara restrictii a acestor trei gaze in industria alimentara.</p>
<p><a title="Criogenie" href="http://www.criogenie.ro/"><strong>Solutii pentru congelarea criogenica</strong></a><br />
Prin <a title="echipamente criogenie" href="http://www.criogenie.ro/">echipamentele criogenice</a> pentru congelare, procesatorii din industria alimentara obtin produse calitativ superioare si eficientizeaza procesele de productie.</p>
<p><a title="echipamente criogenie" href="http://www.criogenie.ro/">Echipamentele criogenice</a> se pot adapta pentru o mare varietate de produse. Acestea pot creste productivitatea prin reducerea substantiala a timpului necesar operatiilor de congelare sau racire.</p>
<p>Totodata se reduc pierderile determinate de deshidratarea produsului deoarece <a title="congelare prin criogenie" href="http://www.criogenie.ro/">congelarea criogenica</a> permite produsului sa pastreze mai bine umiditatea proprie. Realizata intr-un timp foarte scurt, <a title="congelare prin criogenie" href="http://www.criogenie.ro/">congelarea criogenica</a> stopeaza brusc dezvoltarea microorganismelor si reactiile de oxidare, evitandu-se astfel degradarea produsului.</p>
<p>Spre deosebire de metodele traditionale, congelarea rapida duce la formarea de cristale mici de gheata . Astfel peretii celulari nu se distrug, iar dupa decongelare produsul nu va pierde din umiditate. In plus, <a title="echipamente criogenie" href="http://www.criogenie.ro/">echipamentele criogenice</a> sunt usor de instalat, operat, curatat si economisesc spatiul.</p>
<p><a title="echipamente criogenie" href="http://www.criogenie.ro/"><strong>Ce inseamna echipamentele de congelare criogenica?</strong></a><br />
Echipamentele de congelare utilizeaza ca <a title="Criogenie" href="http://www.criogenie.ro/">agenti criogenici</a> azotul lichid sau dioxidul de carbon. Acestia se pulverizeaza direct pe produs.<br />
Caldura produsului este rapid absorbita de <a title="agent criogenic" href="http://www.criogenie.ro/">agentul criogenic</a>. Echipamentele de congelare pot fi: tip tunel, tip cabinet, tip spiral, tip imersie.</p>
<p>Azotul este prezent in proportie de 78% in atmosfera. <a title="Azot lichid" href="http://www.criogenie.ro/">Azotul lichid</a> se obtine prin distilarea fractionata a aerului lichid. Temperatura azotului lichid este de -196°. Se stocheaza in rezervoare speciale. Presiunea din rezervor permite impingerea azotului lichid printr-o conducta speciala pana la echipamentul de congelare. Aici este pulverizat, cu ajutorul unor duze, direct pe produs. Cand azotul vine in contact direct cu produsul, caldura din produs este absorbita de azot.</p>
<p><a title="Azot lichid" href="http://www.criogenie.ro/">Azotul lichid</a> se transforma in vapori. In interiorul echipamentului exista ventilatoare care asigura folosirea eficienta a azotului. Azotul gazos se evacueaza printr-un sistem de exhaustare.</p>
<p>Dioxidul de carbon rezulta ca produs secundar in procesele naturale de respiratie sau fermentare.</p>
<p>Bauturile racoritoare sau berea sunt acidulate cu dioxid de carbon. Dioxidul de carbon este obtinut prin purificarea dioxidului de carbon extras din zacamant natural. Dioxidul de carbon se stocheaza in rezervoare speciale de presiune inalta. La presiuni mari, dioxidul de carbon lichid trece direct in faza solida (zapada carbonica). Astfel, in echipamentul de congelare, atunci cand se pulverizeaza lichid printr-o duza, la presiune mare, se transforma in fulgi de zapada carbonica. La presiune atmosferica, zapada carbonica se transforma in gaz, absorbind caldura. Dioxidul de carbon lichid are temperatura de -78°C.</p>
<p>Azotul este inert, inodor si insipid. Dioxidul de carbon se dizolva in apa si are proprietati antibacteriene. Amandoua gazele sunt considerate netoxice. Pot constitui un pericol daca se acumuleaza in cantitati mari in spatii inchise deoarece, prin inlocuirea oxigenului, se poate ajunge la asfixiere. Prin contactul direct cu pielea, azotul si dioxidul de carbon lichid pot cauza arsuri.</p>

<p>O echipa de medici romani si germani a aplicat pentru prima oara la Bucuresti, la Spitalul Euroclinic, o metoda de tratare a cancerului de prostata folosind procedeul de distrugere a tumorii prin <a title="Criogenie" href="http://www.criogenie.ro/">criogenie</a>. Aceasta metoda este, alaturi de metoda cu seminte radioactive (brahiterapie), o alternativa la tratamentul chirurgical clasic, care, desi are rezultate oncologice bune, poate avea urmari neplacute pentru pacient: incontinenta urinara si impotenta.</p>
<p><strong>ECHIPA.</strong> Terapia prin <a title="Criogenie" href="http://www.criogenie.ro/">criogenie</a> a fost aplicata la Bucuresti de o echipa condusa de prof. dr. Ullrich Witzsch, de la Spitalul Nord West Frankfurt si prof. dr. Mihai Lucan, directorul Institutului Clinic de Urologie si Transplant Renal (ICUTR) din Cluj-Napoca. Procedeul de distrugere a tumorii prin <a title="Criogenie" href="http://www.criogenie.ro/">criogenie</a> are la baza inghetarea tumorii prostatice la minus 195 de grade, utilizand argon. Apoi, cu ajutorul unui alt gaz, heliul, umeaza o dezghetare rapida, ce duce la distrugerea tesutului canceros. Astfel, zonele terapeutice pot fi foarte atent controlate, iar efectele negative asupra organelor din jur (vezica, rect, uretra) sunt minime. &#8220;&#8221;Aproximativ 60 de pacienti romani cu cancer de prostata in stadii initiale pleaca anual in Germania, Austria, Franta si Italia pentru a beneficia de tratamente cu seminte radioactive si crioterapie, evident la preturi mari, 11.000-15.000 de euro&#8221;", a precizat prof. dr. Mihai Lucan. In Romania, costul unei terapii prin criogenie nu depaseste 3.800 de euro. Aceeasi echipa de medici care a aplicat terapia prin <a title="Criogenie Bucuresti" href="http://www.criogenie.ro/">criogenie la Bucuresti</a> a realizat procedura pentru prima oara in Europa de Est la Institutul Clinic de Urologie si Transplant Renal din Cluj-Napoca.<br />
